Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now a Romanian/German actress. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. The actress was born as the only son of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. At the age of 16, Alexandra played the leading character in various TV dramas.
